About This Project
This Falconridge property was being prepared for sale and needed a complete refresh to maximize market value. The 1985 bungalow had original everything - oak cabinets, laminate counters, dated flooring, and brass fixtures throughout.
Working with the investor on a tight timeline and budget, we prioritized high-impact updates. The kitchen received new painted cabinets (existing boxes were solid), new countertops, backsplash, and appliances. All three bathrooms were updated with new vanities, toilets, fixtures, and tile surrounds.
Every room received fresh paint in modern neutral tones. The carpet was replaced with luxury vinyl plank throughout the main floor and bedrooms, with tile in wet areas. All light fixtures, door hardware, and outlets/switches were updated to modern finishes.
The result is a move-in ready home that shows like new without the cost of full custom renovation.
